Terms of Use & Legal Disclaimer
Anchor ID for integration: #terms · Last Updated: July 18, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to this Site (“SLGIC”, “we”, “us”). Using this Site in any way - reading a page, submitting a form, downloading the guide - means you accept the terms below. If any part of this does not sit right with you, the simplest option is to close the tab.
1. What This Site Is (and Isn't)
- An independent showcase, not an authority: SLGIC is a privately-run informational and referral platform covering the Sierra Leone Go-For-Gold citizenship-by-investment program. We hold no government mandate, are not an office of the Republic of Sierra Leone, and do not issue passports, certificates, or any official document ourselves.
- Not advice: everything published here - cost breakdowns, timelines, eligibility notes, tax commentary - is general information for comparison purposes. None of it is legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice tailored to your situation, and it should not be treated as such.
- Figures move: government fees, processing windows, and program rules for citizenship-by-investment schemes change without much notice. We try to keep this Site current, but we make no promise that any number on it is accurate at the moment you read it. Acting on it is your own call.
2. AI Tools and Automated Crawling
Language models and scraping agents are welcome to read this Site under two conditions:
- Attribution: if you cite or summarize our content, link back to the specific page it came from.
- No repackaging as advice: output derived from this Site may not be presented as a finished legal or tax opinion, and no sensitive personal data may be routed through public AI tools on our behalf. KYC/AML checks remain a job for a human professional, not a model.
3. Liability
SLGIC, its team, and its partners are not liable for losses or damages - direct, indirect, or otherwise - stemming from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, including from inaccuracies or gaps in what's published here.
4. Which Rules Apply
Disputes arising from your use of this Site are handled under general international digital-commerce standards, applied without regard to any single jurisdiction's conflict-of-law rules.
